SIC Insurance MD, Hollistar Duah-Yentumi hands over to James Agyenim-Boateng

The position of Managing Director at SIC Insurance PLC has been formally transferred from Ms. Hollistar Duah-Yentumi to Mr. James Agyenim-Boateng, following President John Dramani Mahama's announcement of Mr. Agyenim-Boateng's appointment on January 27, 2025.

Ms. Duah-Yentumi managed the company's notable financial expansion throughout her time there. SIC Insurance PLC reported GHS 513 million in revenue in 2024, a 37.48% increase over GHS 373 million in the year before. Furthermore, profit after tax increased to GHS 56 million, a phenomenal 375.5% increase over 2023's GHS 15 million.

As a communications consultant and lawyer, Mr. Agyenim-Boateng brings a wealth of experience to his new position.
