Otumfuo Osei Tutu II adopts late Pooley's Children and provides for their education through an educational fund.

In an act of kindness, the late Pooley's children have been placed under the custody of Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the Asantehene and owner of Asante Kotoko, by being incorporated into his educational fund. By ensuring that the children receive full financial support for their education, our project gives them hope for a better future. Nana Akwasi Awuah, the chairman of Asante Kotoko's interim management committee, informed Pooley's family of the news.
The late Pooley, a passionate Asante Kotoko supporter, was brutally stabbed to death at Nsoatre. His sudden death put his family in a precarious situation, especially with regard to his children's educational prospects. By guaranteeing that the kids have access to high-quality education free from budgetary constraints, Otumfuo's initiative seeks to allay these worries.
This benevolent act has brought significant relief and joy to Pooley's family, who had been apprehensive about the educational prospects of the children following their father's death. With the Asantehene's support, the family can now look forward to the children's uninterrupted academic journey, fostering hope for their future endeavors.
