Patricia Asiedua, widely known as Nana Agradaa and founder of the Heaven Way Church, has been found guilty by the Circuit Court on charges of charlatanic advertisement and defrauding by false pretenses. The controversial televangelist has been at the center of multiple fraud allegations, stemming from her spiritual schemes that promised financial breakthroughs to unsuspecting followers.

Before delivering the final sentence, the presiding judge, Her Honour Evelyn Asamoah, ordered that a pregnancy test be conducted on Nana Agradaa. This decision may influence the type or timing of sentencing, as the court must consider her health status, including pregnancy, in accordance with legal and human rights provisions.
