Damongo Teacher Contemplates Suicide After Losing GHS400K in Forex Trading
Thoughtful man with both hands together

A professional teacher based in Damongo, located in the Savannah Region, is contemplating suicide after losing nearly GHS400,000 through forex trading.

He revealed that his foray into online forex trading about three to four years ago initially yielded significant profits, encouraging him to invest even more. Unfortunately, the tide turned, and he began to suffer heavy losses.

In a bid to recover his dwindling funds, he disclosed that he sold off equipment from his once-thriving electrical shop, rented out the shop space, and poured all the proceeds into trading—only to watch it all vanish.

Once highly regarded in his community for assisting underprivileged students and running a successful business, the teacher shared that his condition worsened. He resorted to selling personal possessions and even parted with a piece of family land, all in a fruitless attempt to reclaim his lost capital.
